Electronic cabinets are a mandatory tool for submitting applications to higher education institutions.

To create a personal cabinet, go to the portal vstup.edbo.gov.ua and prepare the following data:

• Current email address
• Secure password for login
• Series and number of the document on previous education
• Data of NMT certificate or examination sheet EVI/EFVV/EVV (number, PIN-code, year of receipt)
• In the absence of a certificate — passport data or RNOKPP

For obtaining bachelor's degree:

• Based on certificate of complete general secondary education
• Based on diplomas of professional junior bachelor, junior bachelor, junior specialist
• Application submission will begin: July 19

For obtaining master's degree:

• Based on diplomas of bachelor, specialist, master
• Application submission will begin: August 8

Electronic cabinets will function until October 20, so you can register both now and directly during document submission.
